我的演讲题目是《讲文明，迎全运》。

2008年8月我们幸运的看到了在“鸟巢”举行的北京奥运会的体育比赛，给我们留下深刻印象的不仅是雄伟的体育场馆、勇于拼搏的各国健儿，更有北京干净的街道、湛蓝的天空和热情的志愿者们。一年后的2009年金秋，我们即将在自己的家门口——济南，迎来第十一届全运会和来自全国各地的体育健儿。

今天，当济南东部的体育场馆拔地而起；当外环路、高架路贯通南北；当鲜花绿草布满大街小巷，当五颜六色的灯光装点高楼大厦时，我知道全运会的脚步一天天的近了。全运会的会标和泰山童子的身影也越来越多地闯进了我们的视线。我们的家乡—济南，已经为全运会做出了最好的准备。
同学们，全运会不仅是一个城市的全运，更是这座城市每一个公民的全运。我们的爸爸妈妈叔叔阿姨在用他们辛勤的双手装扮着这个城市，我的目标就是当好小主人，迎接全运会。虽然我们的肩膀稚嫩、我们的手儿很小，但是我们也是这个城市的主人，我们一样可以用自己的行动、自己的语言为这个城市增光添彩。我们可以对爸爸说：这个城市需要阳光，少开几天车，减少一些污染；我们可以对妈妈说：这个城市需要清澈，循环用水，减少很多浪费；我们可以对自己说，这个城市需要绿色，我要栽下树苗、呵护花儿、爱惜小草。舍与得的关系是舍弃才能得到，我们舍弃一些出行的便利，得到的是清洁的空气和蓝天白云；我们付出一些劳动，得到的是鲜花和青草。

同学们，我们是济南的小主人，学好知识、增强能力，我们为这个城市的未来积聚力量；爱护环境、遵守交规，我们用行动美化这个城市的秩序；尊老爱幼、礼貌谦让，我们展示礼仪之邦的风采。同学们，全运会正向我们走来，让我们从现在出发，从点滴做起，天天做小主人，时时做一个志愿者吧！
