Public Relations is a management function of the specialized activities. By working closely with public relations and communication activities related to management, organization and realization of the mutual trust between the public relations, good corporate image in order to promote the realization of the strategic objectives of organizations. From the structure, corporate public relations can be divided into: external public relations and internal public relations. Among them, the internal public relations are the main contents of this paper. Of enterprises through the above-mentioned meaning of public relations, we may wish to understand the internal public relations: it is a specialized management function is established in order to achieve its strategic goals and business objectives, based on internal relations between the various interests of the public formed an objective of social relations.
