大型储罐施工中的主要技术问题之一是控制罐底板的焊接变形。One of the main technological problems in the constructio of large scale tanks is to control the deformation of the tank bottom in welding.在锦州石化公司10万M3原油储罐的施工中,采用CO2气体保护电弧焊打底、碎丝埋弧焊填充盖面的焊接工艺,既能有效防止焊接变形,又能提高劳动生产率。In the construction of the oil tank with a volume of 100 thousands of m3, which is located in CNPC Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation, firstly the CO2 arc welding is adopted as the base welding, then the fragment wire submerged arc welding is used as the covering. This method can not only effectively prevent welding deformation, but also increase the labor productivity.
