有几道英语题要请教。

1.A carefully.这里用carefully和busy在语法上都没有错误，但联系下文that he forgot the time来看，还是用carefully 更符合语境。
2.spoken English 指英语口语。
3.thoughts . thought作"看法，想法，意见"讲时，一般用复数。在本句中应该是看法，想法的意思，故用复数形式。

王博士忙着看互联网, 把时间都忘了.
