1.)Packing list in 3 copies signed by beneficiary。

经受益人签署的证明，证明一套非议付单据已于装船日期后直接传真给受益人。
注：议付就是由议付行向受益人购进由他出立的汇票及所附单据。
不可议付简单的说就是不可以向银行索回货款，因为它不是货权凭证。
在我国,习惯上把议付称作"买单",实际上是议付行在受益人向议付行提交符合信用证条款单据的前提下,对受益人的垫款.
客户要这个NON-NEGOTIABLE DOCUMENTS只是想了解货已上船，及到港信息以便作报关准备.起通知作用. 提单只有正本才可提货.

3.)Doc presentations received at our counterys after 3:30 pm local time will be considered as having been presented on the next business day.
单据到达开证行的时间如晚于下午3：30则到单日期被视为下一个工作日。

4.)To negotiating bank only: a fee of usd60.00 or equivalent must be deducted for each set of discrepant doc presented and this effect must be evidenced on covering letter.
给议付行的指示：单据有一个不符点将在信用证项下扣除60美金。

实际操作来讲，你需要出具3份由受益人签署的正本箱单。
