On July 16 my friends and I arrived at your inn, hoping to spend an enjoyable weekend. Before we checked in, we noticed that the title of the hotel's ad: "Have a good time or get your money back".
However, the slogan later turned out to be so frigle. A very unfriendly desk clerk received us When we came in. He kept gazing at us for a while and told us somehow he unable to find the reservation. What made us very unpleased was that the desk clerk kept us waiting almost for half an hour before all procedures had been done. Being tired, we rushed to the upstairs and led by another unfriendly bellboy to the room. We got very depressed when we found our room was in a mess. The poorly-cleaned room, dirty towels on the beds, cigarette ends on the floor. What's more, outside the window, thers is just a view of a parking lot,not the bay.
We finally could not bear it then strongly insisted refunding the money. However, your employees were crude and they rejected our demand. Obviously, your service is not as we expected, let alone your hotel's ad.
So we write to you to tell you all the awful experience we undergone in your inn, and we are sure that you will do something to change the situation and compensate us more or less.
