告诉你个最简单最有效的办法测量,不管是机械的电表还是电子的电能表,此办法都比较准确,前提是电压必须正常,因为机械电表只测量有功电量,而电子式电表无功有功都计量,

所以我建议你使用纯阻性负载来测量,它不会产生无功损耗,比如采用三个100W的或者1000W灯泡或者三个阻性发热元件,

按照星形的接法【因为度的单位是千瓦时,100W十小时一度电,1000W每小时一度电】接到三相电表当中,可以根据每小时计量的度数推算出电表的准确度,还有就是根据电表铭牌标注的数据,即机械表一度电表盘转多少转,或者电子式电表一度电指示灯闪烁多少下来推算,
【可以看每分钟的时间来推算每小时的数据,这样可以节省时间,但误差稍大点,不如每小时计量】根据算出的数据就可以知道三相电表准不准了。
