爱国者3型防空导弹 和 标准3型那个好 哪S400呢

Report of the Defense Science Board Task Force on Patriot System Performance Report Summary里有这样的形容：
All nine enemy enemy tactical ballistic missiles that threatened areas designated for Patriot defense were engaged. Eight of these engagements were observed by enough other sensors to conservatively declare them successes; the ninth engagement is judged to be a probable success. None of the attacking tactical ballistic missiles caused any damage or loss of life to the coalition forces.

根据我有限的数学知识，8/9和9/9不等于7%也不等于9%，OIF初期部署的PAC-3系统和PAC-3拦截器只有较少数量，人员训练和后勤还不能算完全到位，拦截器和今天的PAC-3 MSE比起来也落后不少。而主要的还是PAC-2 GEM+。

只是不知道那7%和9%从哪来的，“误伤几率也很高“是根据什么得出来的（”高“不是一个准确数值，比较的话有横向对照更好）。

要是那个什么节目没有提供能回答这些基本事实有严重冲突的说法的根据，我想这可以保守的叫做”胡诹“。

SM-3是用作外大气层中段拦截的高层弹道导弹拦截器，和PAC-3不是一个规格的。SM-2ER Block IV/RIM-156有类似PAC系统低层末端防御能力，未来的SM-6/RIM-174应该也有类似，如果不是强化过的能力。
