We, Public Projects Construction Administrative Center of XXX Bureau, hereby reconmmends XXX company to subcontract installation of cable and establishment of cable trench of Public Rental Housing Project. Located in eastern plot of XX Primary school, the project is contracted by our bureau. With municipal public project contracting qualification, power transmission contract qualification, Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation qualification and provincial license for contracting power installation and commisioning issued by SERC, XX company has achieved enormous progress in both quality and safety of projects.

XX Company has the Municipal Utilities Main Contractor Qualification, Transmission Sub-station
Specialized Contractor Qualification, as well as the Electrical and Mechanical Equipment
Installation Qualification; it also has the Provincial Electricity Regulatory Commission License for installing and testing of power facilities. The company has a very good performance record in terms of project quality, safety and progress schedule.
