Please check the limits of authority the user you used to isntall the Grid.

Example：
oragrid (Grid Owner) user was configured as following
# id oragrid
uid=1005(oragrid) gid=1001(oinstall) groups=1001(oinstall),1000(dba),1002(asmdba)
# ls -al | grep Inventory
drwxrwx— 8 root oinstall 4096 Apr 9 15:37 oraInventory

There are 2 solutions for this problem
1. Change the owner of the oraInventory directory to :oinstall.
NOTE: Although the group was oinstall & it had write permissions on the directory, it was not able to write.
2. Manually create /etc/oraInst.loc file as following.
inventory_loc=/oraInventory
inst_group=oinstall
Start the installer again.

权限问题，直接在命令行模式下安装会好些！
