I come from yichun ,a very beautiful city in jiangxi province. It lies in the northwest of the province.In my hometown, before Spring Festival , the people often do some shopping in the shopping mall,they buy the new ciothes,something to eat and so on. On New Year's eve, the family will get together to eat meal 。 In the Spring Festival,people usually eat dumplings.People will go to elder home happy New Year ，then children can get red packets from their grandparents, parents,uncle,aunt . There are three members in my family, my parents and me. My father is a worker. He often goes out to work .So most of the housework is done by my mother. Watching TV at weekends is our common interest. We often talk about the teleplay happily together.It make our life more interesting .During my preparing for coming here,my parents'love and support have always been my power.and I hope in the future I will be able to repay them.I graduated from chifeng university which has a history of40 years. It developed into a comprehensive university with efforts of generations ,especially after the reform and opening-up.looking back on the years I have spent there , I'm really very thankful to her for enriching my knowledge and widening my view.I think English is my favorite course ,though it is not my Major. my major is Chinese language and literature,so I need to read a lot on the subject .Besides ,many good and up-date books and journals on this subject are in English,so English is important to me.
