娘家可以用“wife's family”
女方自己的角度，可以这么说“my parents' house”比如：When I go to my parents' house, I'll get the extra salad oil.
回娘家顺便带回多余的沙拉油。
又例如：As far as I know, my father, only met my mother's people at his wedding.
就我所知，我父亲仅只在结婚时见过母亲娘家的人。
Weekends we usually visit with my wife's family.
周末，我们经常到我妻子的娘家去。
