2.0 JOB SUMMARY
Manages and develops the business of the dedicated segment, supports the growth plan as according to company’s stretch goals. Builds, maintains and strengthens the company’s relation with current and potential segment customers.
3.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3.1 Education
-Degree in mechanical engineering or business administration or equivalent
3.2 Knowledge / Skills
-Good planning, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Good leadership and facilitation skills
-Able to think strategically, formulate plan and follow through target achievement
-Market and segment knowledge
-Driving, encouragement, motivating and people development skills
-Fluency in English and Mandarin
3.3 Specific Experience
-People management experience
-Sales and / or marketing experience
-Technical and / or application engineering experience
-Logistics, supply planning and manufacturing environment experience
-Length of above experience: min. 3 years
4.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives and implements quality improvement initiatives and the Company’s management practices to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
Sets up the segment strategies, Stretch goal, analyze the market development trend, set the team target and KPI with alignment to the company’s vision and the company’s global priorities.
Based on current customer knowledge, judges or predicts future development trend both technically and commercially.
Develops team competencies to help the company expand market position in the responsible segment.
Support front line on the segment knowledge improvement; Training DD on the segment application competence.
Work with global segment team for improvement the local business.
Oversees the impact of the segment’s price level and recommend the most favorable price level to the company。
