[Abstract] in the e-commerce environment, the supermarket chains not only have to consider how to respond at the level of business competition, but also need to consider how to improve the management level, in particular customer relationship management level. With the implementation of e-commerce means to customer relationship management is the management of today's supermarket chains the idea of a new technology and methods. In this paper the characteristics of supermarket chains and the existing problems in order to analyse the characteristics of Connecticut supermarket chain customer relationship management is the prerequisite for the use of electronic commerce by means such as WEB data mining technology, RSS personalized service, virtual communities means to improve the supermarket chains customer relationship management, enterprise so customers can better carry out excavation, preservation and maintenance, and increase our market competitiveness.
