看到一个英语句子能翻译，但自己却又造不来多少句子，怎么回事？怎么解决？麻烦英语高手说说方法。

学习英语方法
1． 坚持不懈，从不间断。每天至少看 10-15 分钟的英语，早晨和晚上是学英语的最好时间。

(Never give up, keep working on. Speak English at least 10-15 minutes every day. The best time to learn English is in the morning and the evening.)

2．方法要灵活多样。一种方式学厌了，可以变换其他的方式，以便学而不厌。

3．上下相连，从不孤立。记忆英语要结合上下文，不要孤立的记单词和短语，要把握句中的用法。

(Connect up to down, don't make it alone. According to the passage, remember the words and phrases, try to graspe the meanings of the words. )

4．熟记常用语，确保准确无误。把常用的交际用语背熟，俗能生巧。

(Remember useful expressions, and make sure it's right. Practice makes perfect.)

5．尽量用第一人称来记习惯用语和句型，以便记忆牢固。

(Try to Remember idioms and setences with the first calling, make sure to remember deeply.)

6．多方位多角度来学英语。要经常读报、听广播、看外语电影、听外语讲座、读课本和别人交谈等方式来学英语。

8．要创设情景，加强交际训练。语言的运用离不开场景的强化训练，只有交际，才能学好。

缺少锻炼和实践。这是因为你使用英语时，脑子你的思维还是中文，没有切换到英语背景来思考。靠逐字逐句的硬翻，就有局限了。没方法，必须要把自己放到这个虚拟的“英语环境”中才行。练吧。看到任何东西时，在你脑子里，要用英文去反映认知，做到条件反射！

根据你提出的问题，个人觉得还是基础稍微欠缺点火候。俗话说“良药苦口利于病，良言逆耳利于行。”所以请你不要觉得我的话比较直接。如果你喜欢翻译，那么就要多多翻译，积累足够的经验。因为翻译多了的话，当真只要看着中文，马上头脑里就会出现英文结构，然后用适当的词把句子表达出来；英译汉同是这个道理，而且越翻越地道。所以强化基础，多加练习才是治本的良策。个人建议，仅供参考。
