否定转移，前提，主句必须存在否定意义，你说的那种，如果是肯定句，题目又让你否定转移，句中一定存在否定词。与主句时态无关!
当主句为第一人称，动词为think,believe ,be sure 等动词时，反义问句针对从句，否则，针对主句。
看例子你就明白了，说多了反倒不明白。
I don't think he is a student, is he?
I think he is a student, isn't he?
He doesn't think you are a student, does he?
He thinks you are a student, doesn't he?
He didn't think you were a student, did he?
He thought you were a student, did he?
