In fact, I had wanted to give up as my English is really mediocre. But on an impulse, I registered and here I am. So, dear friends, please pardon me for any possible mistakes.
I joined this big family quite recently--in fact, only about half a year ago. So I know little about the people and things around me. Instead, let me talk about someone who is the closest to me--my husband XX.
XX started working in 1999 at the age of 18. He came here with great enthusiasm. In four months, he mastered practically all the operational skills and acquired the knowledge associated with his job. He loves his job. So, out of his great enthusiasm for mechanical equipment, he spent his leave making a special trip to the pump worker's to learn in modesty how to repair and dismantle pumps.
As his spouse, I used to complain that he often neglected our home. Sometimes, when he apparently should be going home, he couldn't make it all because of some emergency. We have been married for five years, but he has stayed home once celebrating the Chinese New Year. For the rest of the time, I have been keeping him company on this dessert. Living on this land, I have gradually come to understand him.
Among us are many people who are better and more outstanding than my husband, people who have left their youth and shed their blood on this soil. So many sons and girls of the oil industry have had to sacrifice their family interest for the sake of our motherland's petroleum industry, burying deep in their heart the filial piety towards their parents and the love for their wife and children.

It's really a short time for me to jion this big family,actually,just half a year.So I knows only a little things here.However,I'd like to talk about some person who is near me.That is my husband,XXX.
He(XXX)took a job in 1999,at that time,he was just 18,coming here with great ambitions.Then he spent only 4 mouths to master kinds of operational skills and acquire much knowledge about the job.He loved this job,what's more,he went to the pumpman to learned how to fix a pump and take apart it when he had holidads.
As a member of his family,I once complaint o lot that he was always away from home.Somestimes,he should have been at home,but he was not for something happened accidently.We'v been married for 5 years,on the one hand,we only have one year to spend the Spring Festival at home,however,the other fours, I am with him at this desert.On the other hand,it is at this desert,I get to understand him little by little.
At this desert,many better people contribute their youth and hot blood to it.There are lots of children of the fossil oil to sacrifice their families,to bury their deep love for their parents and their wives and children in heart for the fossil oil enterprise of our country.
