个人基本资料
1、护照原件及复印件 护照尾页需持照人亲笔签名；有效期需至少半年（从所申请签证有效期最后一天算起）；护照至少有2页供使用的签证空白页；如有旧护照必须全部提供。
2、照片 2张3.5cm×4.5cm近6个月内的白底彩色免冠正面照片，露耳朵，头发不遮眉眼，面部完整，不戴墨镜。
3、身份证复印件 正反面复印件，内容必须清晰。
4、户口本原件及复印件 请提供本人所在户口本上全体成员每一页的复印件，如集体户口，请提供首页及本人页即可。
5、结婚证原件或者复印件 如已婚，请提供
6、个人资料表 请必须每项如实详细、工整填写，如提供虚假错误信息有可能导致拒签
中方公司资料
1、公司营业执照副本 营业执照副本/组织机构代码证复印件并加盖单位公章
2、公司担保信 英文版 （1）用公司便笺纸打印，上面有公司地址、电话号码、传真号码等联系信息（2）内容需有：a、申请人的护照号码、出生日期、职务、薪酬；b、计划逗留的时间（从什么时候到什么时候、共停留多少天），目的以及行程；d、出访费用由谁支付；e、保证申请人会遵守目的地法律并按时回国。（3）打印后需加盖公司公章，邀请人签名（4）中方公司担保信必须与邀请函的内容保持一致。
3、贸易证明：双方公司的贸易往来文件及证明。
邀请方资料
1、邀请函担保信 原件或者复印件或者清晰的传真件（1）需用邀请公司的便笺纸打印，上面有邀请公司地址、电话号码、传真号码等联系信息（2）内容需有：a、申请人的护照号码、出生日期、职务、薪酬；b、计划逗留的时间（从什么时候到什么时候、共停留多少天）、目的以及行程；d、出访费用由谁支付；e、回国保证（3）打印后需加盖公司公章，邀请人签名（4）邀请函内容必须与中方公司担保信的内容保持一致
资产证明
1、银行存折原件复印件 您（必须提供）或配偶名下（辅助）的银行流水账单或活期存折原件及复印件（如只有银行卡，需去银行打印最近六个月的流水对账单，加盖银行章），可提供多分流水账单或活期存折复印件。定期的也可做辅助财产作为资料提供。
2、固定资料 申请人名下的房产证或购房合同、发票的复印件。本人名下的小汽车行驶证复印件等。
特殊人群
1、退休人员 无需中方公司资料这一项，只需要提供退休证原件 （如尚未办理退休证必须提供原单位出具的内退证明）。
2、家庭主妇 需提供家庭主妇证明原件（当地居委会出具，证明其家庭主妇身份；一个签证一份）。
3、在校学生 需出具学校的准假证明书原件，1.使用学校正规抬头纸打印,内容全部为英文. 2.准假信内容需包括:学校名称,学生所在系或班级，旅行时间,系领导或校长的签字以及电话,传真并需注明担保申请人按期回国回校继续学业。
备注：办理加拿大签证是不需要面试的，领馆对资料要求比较高，建议尽量提供户口本、结婚证、房产证、机动车登记证、存折等等的原件。

A letter of invitation from the party in Canada. The invitation letter must come from the party with whom the applicant will conduct direct business. This excludes third parties who are only arranging or facilitating the business meetings. The letter must include all of the following information:

• Inviter’s full name and title, business address, telephone and fax numbers;

If applicant or applicant’s company intends to invest in Canada, applicant must provide evidence of sufficient assets to make the proposed investment (e.g. business registration, articles of association, company tax receipts, sales contracts, balance sheets, company brochures, etc.).

• the employer’s name and address in Chinese characters as well as telephone and fax number;
• applicant’s position, salary and date of hire; and
• a statement specifying who will be responsible for all expenses related to the trip.
