在网站中使用微软雅黑会不会构成侵权

有那么复杂吗？
CSS font-family 列表的功能就是列出建议浏览器使用的字体，根本不涉及微软雅黑这款字体的实体，CSS 做的是「提议」，只有用户才在「使用」微软雅黑，Windows 提供微软雅黑本来就是让人这么用的，侵毛权啊？侵毛权啊？
「把雅黑字体去掉，说是以免侵权」——这是支付宝什么人的想法啊？产品经理吗？有没有点逻辑啊？懂不懂什么是 CSS 啊？

以下是 Windows、Office 等产品的 EULA 中关于字体的部分：
Font Components. While the software is running, you may use its fonts to display and print content. You may only
* embed fonts in content as permitted by the embedding restrictions in the fonts; and
* temporarily download them to a printer or other output device to print content.
这些协议规定的是用户行为，关于用户应当如何使用字体。在网页代码中指定字体并非「使用」，这和使用某款字体来绘制网页使用的资源图片是不一样的。

• 各种字体原则上都是开源的。

• 另外网站上使用的微软雅黑，但是客户端电脑没有微软雅黑字体的话也是支持不了的。
