一楼不对,不能和机械波同样理解,因为光具有波粒二象性,光的粒子性才和机械波一样。
光之所以在不同介质中速度和波长不同,其本质是因为电磁波在真空中的速度最快且频率是不会变的(和频、差频等光子与粒子相互作用除外),所以光进入折射率不同的介质中,其速度会变化,为了保持f不变,其波长也会变化;可以想象为不同的介质使光的粒子性发生改变(但是本质不是这样的,只是容易说清楚)。
至于电磁波之间是如何衍射,干涉,和叠加、抵消,要看电磁波的波长。由于电磁波的波长范围很大(几千米到几纳米),所以对于波长长的来说,要用波动性来解释;对于波长短的来说,要用粒子性来解释。
