盾构隧道的最小转弯半径主要与预制管片环宽、楔形量有关,而这两个值预制管片环宽、楔形量与怎个工程线路的线形有关。目前地铁小盾构s=1.2mm,D=6200mm,δ=49.6mm,γ=arctan(δ/D)=arctan(49.6/6200)=0.00799998弧度。s—每环衬砌环中心线长度;θ—拟合曲线转角;γ—每环楔形环的楔形角;δ—每环楔形环的楔形量;D—管片外径。
根据《地铁设计规范》(GB 50157-2003):正线平面曲线半径在通常情况下≥300m而≤3000m,当相邻坡度差≥2‰设置线,竖曲线半径通常采用3000m和5000m两种。
