capture里打开option-->perfermences-->miscellaneouns选项卡，勾选Intertool communication。
重新生成导入网表到allegro。
OrCAD Capture CIS（allegro design entry）-->option-->perfermences-->miscellaneouns选项卡，勾选 Enable Entertool communication
