查里一下英语字典 ，应该是Best wishes for you不过不严格的说to you也有这样写的
to one's wish
按照自己的愿望;如愿以偿地
wish for
希望得到,渴望
这里用for，正确的用法是 best wishes for you. 给你我最美好的祝福。

一般是for you
to one,s wish一般前面加动词够成祈使句
