Through 3 years reconstruction, the project has thoroughly been completed, which includes the housing rebuilding, the industrial recovering and foundamental facilities reparing of poor villages in earthquake-striken areas in Wenchun, Sichuan. Farmers life has nearly come back to normal, and, with the transfer of production and life-style, their spiritual and cultural demands take on new change, new characters and new situation. This paper, based on the data of vestigations about the poor villages in Wenchuan after the big earthquake, using 10 typical villages as sample, analyse the present status and problems of reconstruction of spiritual culture to explore a new way of thoughts to construct spiritual culture of poor villages in new era.

After 3 years' reconstruction, the project ,which includes housing renewal，industy recovery and infrastructure repair of quake-affected impoverished villages in Wenchun, Sichuan,has been fully completed. Farmers' life and production activities have basically come back to normal. And as the living style of production has been changing, their requirements for a rich spiritual and cultural life are presenting new changes, characteristics and situations. This article, based on the data coming from the vestigation of poor villages striken by the earthquake in Wenchuan , taking 10 typical villages for example, analyses the current situation and problems of spiritual culture reconstruction ,aiming to explore a new way of the reconstruction of a new period.

With three-year reconstruction,the destoryed houses , industry and fundamental instrucment ,which were suffered from the earthquake of Wenchuan Sichuan Province,have been rebuilded,recovered and repaired and they have been totally accomplished by now.Life and productivity of farmers has been basically restored.Meanwhile,farmers' requirance of spirital culture has presented new changes ,features and situation,which is the rescult of the transformation of the way of producting as well as the lifestyle.In order to explore the new thought pattern of spirital construction for poverty villages in new period ,this article is based on the researched data of such villages,taking ten typical villages for example and analysing the condition and problems of spirital culture reconstruction.
