修饰不可数名词的量词都行，比如plenty of money, Large sums of money, large amounts of money, vast quantitits of money
适量的话，不能用modest,modest在做量词的时候，是表示比较少的量（根据collins字典You use modest to describe something such as an amount, rate, or improvement which is fairly small）
我觉得可以说proper/right amount/quantities of money
a little money
modest money
right amount of money
