电压击穿还是电流过大,电源输出正常否,先带假负载测试一下电源,加大逆程电容,工作中手摸行管散热看是否过热,行滤波电容和行推动滤波电容换了没有。串个表测量行电流因该在400ma左右。

垃圾国产机,连个保护都没有!
行管击穿有两种可能:1、行输出有短路,行电流大,管子发热,致使耐压降低,即热击穿。2、行逆程脉冲幅度超过行管承受耐压。
1、开机测量+B是否过高。
2、+B如正常,开机测量行变的场输出供电正、负15V电压是否正常,以确定行脉冲是否过高。
3、正负15V如偏高,则是行脉冲过高击穿行管。行逆程脉冲过高,可能是逆程电容总容量减小了用数字表测量各个电容。也有可能是行激励太强,检查C311、C312、R310。也可能是行振荡的晶振的频率降低,(画面会出现行严重不同步)换个晶振试试。正、负15V如偏低,可能是行激励不足导致。
4、监测行管C极的电流,如果电流大于500mA以上,负载存在短路。量行电流可把万用表直流档串进电路,也可测量R301(0,22欧)上的压降来换算成电流。电流较大,可能是行偏转短路。
以上测量要在3秒钟内完成,一手拿表笔搭在需要测量的地方,一手按开关机。看清楚数据后,马上关机,没看清楚,也要关机,下次再看,以防烧毁行管。两次开机时间要间隔在5秒以上。
