1.To me it was the most awesome Sichuan food I've had to date.
Personally i enjoyed the duck's tongue, frog legs.
Favorite though is their kung pow chicken and dan dan noodles
2.Does anyone ever eat a noodle called "re gan mian" which come from wuhan my hometown? It's a combination includes noodle, sesame paste and some other flavouring. If you come to wuhan, you can have a try. The re gan mian from hubuxiang is the most delicious.
