As the continuous development of modern enterprise system,it has highlighted financial management's pivotal role in the activities of enterprise management,financial management has become the kernel of enterprise management,in which the risk control is the most central aspect.To be a kind of sign,risk control could reflect a company's performance comprehensively.From the microscopic survey of financial crisis out of enterprise performance,it's showed that the irrational of capital structure is the central reason of finacial risk. Enterprise operators should do a regular financial analysis,to prevent financial crisis,establish warning analysis indicator system,make proper financial risk decisions. This paper presents the meaning and classification of enterprise financial risk,and also states the importance of establishing the warning system of enterprise financial risk,deals with the measures of preventing the enterprise financial risks from kinds of aspects, such as prevent from fund-raising risks,investment risks,receipts risks and profits distribution risks,etc.
