Finally in view of the above reasons, to improve the investigation phase of criminal suspects rights puts forward several Suggestions on: one is to change the concept of legal system, strengthening human rights ideas, strengthen the legal supervision; 2 it is in criminal lawsuit establish comprehensive eliminating illegal evidence rules and judicial review system, establishing the right to know and normalize the criminal suspect, improve the rights.
