System USES Visual Basic 6.0 for the front desk development tools, Microsoft Access 2003 as the backend database, can satisfy the Basic requirements of railway ticket for railway transportation, fully realize the inquiry, the renewal and the maintenance business computer management, greatly reduced railway ticket sales management system work personnel's work and enhance the efficiency of management of the traffic inquires and service quality.

Abstract:In this paper, the railway ticketing management system is designed based on the ticket sales circumstance, according to the structuralized design idea of the management information system, and through analyzing such steps as its demand analysis and feasibility analysis, the overall design, detailed audit, and encoding implementation and debug. The system uses Visual Basic 6.0 as the foreground development tool, and Microsoft Access 2003 as the background database, it can meet the basic requirements of the railway ticketing, comprehensively realize the computer management on the businesses such as query, update, and maintenance of the railway transportation, greatly reduce the workload of the personnel of the railway ticketing management system, and improve the management efficiency and service quality of the traffic query.
