新鲜天麻可以做成天麻炖鸡,做法如下:
准备材料:鸡500克、天麻5克、食盐2克、红枣4颗、料酒5克、姜片5克、葱5克
一、准备姜片5g。

要是留着自己吃的话这样做:先烧开水,等水开了把洗净的天麻(只要把土及其它附着物洗净就行,不要伤皮,因为皮的有效成分最多)放进去煮,时间的多少要看天麻的大小(反正只要天麻透心就行,一般是5-10分钟之间,简单的办法是放在灯光或是太阳下看,能看到天麻里面全是明亮的,要是中间有黑斑就说明还没透心,需要再煮一段时间。煮好之后就可以晒了或是阴干,暴晒的话要多翻动(不然暴晒容易变形),阴干的话要通风好,注意多翻动(防止一面生霉),当然用网就不会了。对了,也可以煮好后切片的。要是商品加工的话那就工序多了!
将鲜天麻购回用报纸包好,放入冰箱的冷藏室内,可保鲜保存2个月之久。
想要长期保存就点烘干或者晒干,把天麻放水里面煮,煮到用筷子一插还冒一点白浆就可以了,然后晒干或者烘干,但是前期温度不要太高,不然天麻表面形成硬壳,里面水分出不来。时间长了容易变酸,如果要保存鲜天麻,放土或者沙子埋起来,水分挑小点百分之30左右就可以,温度低一些就可以保存几个月都没关系
