personal statement 就是写的能够反映自己的个性.你写的东西让人看的出是你自己的生动体现. 参加的活动啊, 组织的社团啊.云云.

注意事项就是 千万不要有语法错误.
英国人极其讲究语法正确,香港人又继承下来.

还有写的不要太过火,也不要太谦虚,

切记不要有过多形容词,特指入团入党申请书上大陆学生写惯了的那些套话.
最好有实在的叙述.干了什么,有什么效果,之类...
