1. first of all, you need a work visa in China to get hired legally by Chinese companies/organizations/agencies/etc. (check with other pakistanis working in China or visa office)
2. select companies where this bhai can do something
3. make a resume of this bhai, list his strengths, and send to the interested companies

I would assume that some trade companies would need someone like your friend to do business with Pakistan. And there might be possibility that they would hire him 'illegally', which means he might not have to have a work visa. And there are also offices of Pakistani companies in port cities like Guangzhou. He can also apply with them.

If your friend has qualifications in English or related, he might also want to apply a teaching position in language schools. But be alerted, strong Pakistani accent will not score.
