答： 要么是书上，要么是你的表述有问题。there be句型本身就是个倒装句型。所谓倒装句就是将谓语动词的全部或一部分提到主语前面去的语序，前者叫全部倒装，后者叫部分倒装。there be 句型是全部倒装句，主语在be后面。不倒装就不是there be句型了。
应该说，这是倒装句中的there be句型。
