The seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to buy the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:
（1） 单价Unit Price：

（4） 成交方式Terms of Shipment: FOB QINGDAO
（5） 付款方式Terms of Payment:30% TT deposit , and 70% balance TT by fax B/L in 7 days.
（6） 数量要求Quantity: Tolerance of quantity difference between the order and actual +/-5%.

（9） 装运口岸Port of Loading: Qingdao Port， China
（10） 目的口岸Port of Destination:
（11） 装运期限Time of Shipping: finishing the order in 30 days for one 40” container after receiving the deposit and confirmed the samples and drawings.
（12） 质量标准Quality Standards：
（13 单据Documents: Packing List 3，Commercial Invoice 3，B/L 3.
（14）保险Insurance:
（15） 不可抗力:由于人力不可抗拒的事故，使卖方不能在本合同规定期限内交货或者不能交货，卖方不负责任。
Majeure：In case of force majeure, the seller shall not be responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of the goods but shall notify the Buyer by cable, The seller shall deliver to the buyer by registered mail.
（16） 仲裁：凡因执行本合同或与本合同有关事项发生的一切争执，应由双方以友好协商解决，如果不能取得协议时，则在被告国家根据被告国仲裁机构的仲裁程序进行仲裁，仲裁决定是终局的，对双方具有同等约束力。仲裁费用除非仲裁机构另有决定外，均由败诉一方承担。
Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations. Where no settlement can be reached the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration.
