液压油污染物来源的具有多样性的特点,可分为外部侵入和内部产生两大途径。
(1)外部侵入。
a、零件制造时产生的切屑、磨屑等未清干净就装机带入;
b、液压油在贮存时由于油箱呼吸器管口加盖不严,灰尘、雨水和空气侵入,由于温度变化停机时空气中的水分侵入;
c、在加注液压油时由于加注容器,输油管不洁将粉尘等杂质混入;
d、在维修拆装装入过程杂质混入。
(2)内部产生摩擦件在运行中产生磨损,磨屑会混入油中,据西门子公司的实验报告,90%油污染引发的故障产生于磨损产生的磨屑微粒,另外油在高温时会氧化。油温在华氏140~180度时为正常,油温再升高,则油的氧化率会升高,油温每升高10℃,油的氧化率会提高1倍,液压油氧化会生成油泥(胶状物)或为液压油的杂质。
应当指出,对外部杂质的侵入预防的机率很大,只要预防措施有力,几乎从技术上可使预防率达到95%以上,但内部都产生的杂质由于在运行不断产生,因此无法从技术上做到零磨损和零氧化,只能做到微磨损和微氧化,所以液压油的污染是一定会产生的,有必然性,对运行的机器零污染是不可能的,但是针对污染物的来源多样性,采取对应的多样措施,可以实现低污染。
