How to keep healthy
As we know, health is more important than wealth. We should get up early and go to bed early. Doing exercise is good for our health. Such as running, swimming, go mountain climbing and so on. We had
better open the window often and/to keep the air fresh. We must eathealthy food and drink plenty of
boiled water. If we follow the advise ,we will keep healthy.
