区别如下：1、ipadwlan版，只能通过wifi上网；2、ipadwlan+cellular版，既能通过wifi上网，也能通过3g/4g卡上网。注意：1、cellular版的ipad使用3g/4g卡，与iphone是同样的，但是只能用来上网，不能用来通话。2、cellular版的ipad使用3g/4g卡上网后，可以通过wifi设置热点，让其他设备连接上网。
