Second,we should execise more often .If you are free ,you can join a sports club.You must stick to do some sports every day.I think walking an hour a day is really good for us .Remember that ,you can't give up doing these.Only then ,you can keep fit and healthy.And you will have a much healthier body to do what you enjoy.
