Abstract: This paper reviewed the progress of research on supply chain integration, and analyzed the shortage of it. It is found that supply chain integration process is process of product value added, process of value chain formed and improved. Also a supply chain integration process mode was build in which have the characteristics of cross-organization integration, and divide the process into five stages to study and analyze. Finally, through case study the mode is proved feasibility and reality. ©2009 IEEE.
