win7系统，桌面右键新建菜单没有word

是不是你安装的时候没有选择安装WORD .删除了OFFICE,再重新安装，选择自定义安装，看看把word选了没有。如果安装完成了重启还是没有，再试试注册表方法，把下面的代码复制到记事本中，然后另存为 *.reg格式的文件，打开导入：
