强调形容词时用how,比如：

How beautiful the flowers are!这些花好漂亮！ （The flowers are beautiful.）
How strange he is! 他好奇怪啊！(He is strange.)

强调人或者物的时候用what,但不能简单看后面是否是形容词或者名词，要看主词是什么属性,以及其后是否还跟有代词
What a nice girl she is!她是多好的一个女孩啊！（She is a nice girl.）
What beautiful flowers they are! 多漂亮的花啊！(They are beautiful flowers.)---虽然What后是形容词，但主词是flowers,后面还紧跟一个代词they,指代flowers,这个时候就只能用what.如果没有代词重复指代，就用how（但要在flowers前加一个定冠词the,表特指）.
