摘 要:本文以企业人事管理信息系统开发为背景,从实际情况出发,在分析目前企业人事管理中存在的问题的基础上,结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法,开发了一套企业人事管理信息系统。本系统以VC++6.0为开发平台,以SQL SERVER2000 数据库管理系统作为后台数据库管理中心,采用C/S 结构,实现数据的各种作。本系统覆盖了Visual C++ 6.0与数据库系统原理及应用各方面的知识,充分利用MFC类库与数据库应用技术,详细描述了企业人事管理系统的设计和开发过程,并且严格按照软件工程规范设计;利用计算机对人事劳资信息进行管理,具有检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高等优点。系统稍加修改,能完成该企业人事管理工作。

Abstract :This article take the enterprise personnel management information system development as a background, embarks from the actual situation, at present in this unit enterprise personnel management has in the question foundation in the analysis, the union management information system development concept, the structure and the system development basic principle and the method, have developed a set of enterprises personnel management information system. To the system for VC++6.0 development platform ,to sql server 2000 database management system as a background database management center ,use C/S structure, Implementation of various operational data . This system has overlayed Visual C++ 6.0 with the systematic principle and use of the database the knowledge of various fields, fully utilize the Microsoft Foundation Class Library and database application technology , has described the design of enterprise's personnel administrative system and development course in detail , and design according to the soft project norm strictly; Utilize the computer to manage personnel labour and capital information, search rapidly , look for the convenient , high advantage of dependability. Slight modifications of the system ,Completion of the enterprise personnel management.

Summary:As the rapid development of the economic globalization and the information technology, great changes have taken place in the enterprise environment. In order to satisfy the need of development in the new situation, the human resources management of enterprise must adopt the corresponding countermeasure. This paper presents a (HRMS) human resources management system frame in the CSCD (computer supported cooperative design) based on agent and develops a prototype system by using a widely accepted agent platform Java agent development platform (JADE). The prototype system has certain reference significance to modern enterprise human resources management.

Confronting the arrival of the information age, standing on furious tides of a high speed development, we seize the information technology as the most important arms to gain us a leading position in the information war. Every enterprise is the economical organization which pursues for interests and benefits normally. Especially, once one organization owns a big structure, its information management would become necessary for the need of development in the information era. In fact, the outcome of one enterprise information management has already been regarded as the key factor to adjust whether or not the undertaking could grow faster and more efficiently than ever. Regarded as the advanced methodology which is complied with a modern management philosophy in the comparative environment, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is considered as the most powerful weapon which can help an enterprise to accomplish the revolution of its development.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is not just about planning your resources more about how the various divisions in your Enterprise function.
