Any
claims and complains as regard to the quality and after-sales service to the
relevant products (including the product by manufacturer and process control)
from the company by the customer should not limited to letters, e-mail and
other forms etc. by which it reflects the relevant behaves and activity to the
relevant department. However, unless it is stated due to the abnormal problem about
the quality by the company itself, those who do poorly done work over again required
by customers should not be limited by this article.
Any Complaints and dissatisfactions on our company's related products(including production and process control)
quality
and after-sale sevice from our customers, can feedback to our related department by letters or emails or other ways. But if it is not our fault on production quality, and the customer asked to re-produce, this rule will not be available.
