When you get a new job or start a new one, here are some imprrtant points you should pay attation to.
First,it is important that you should make a good impression at work. If you make a good impression on your boss, he or she is more likely to give you more responsibility which can lead to promotions and raises.
Second,When you make a mistake at work, which everyone inevitably does at some point, face up to it. Don't ignore your error or place the blame on others. Take responsibility and come up with a solution to fix your mistake. Your boss may not be too happy about it, but she will at least be impressed with your response.
Last but not the least, your ability to complete projects in a timely manner will help you make a good impression on your boss. You should demonstrate that you know how to manage your time effectively by handing in projects when, or even before, your deadline.

However, there are also some main points that you shouldn't do in your new job.
First, don't offend your new co-workers.This requests you always show respect towards your co-workers.
then,do remember that no one likes to have nasty things said about them. If you say something mean about an acquaintance he or she may stop talking to you. Your boss may fire you, your co-workers may feel rebarbative and your clients may decide to go elsewhere.

in a word, we should pay much attation to these tips, they will help us to survive in our new job.

thanks for listening! that's all, thank you!
