[Abstract] Objective
Combining the current developing situation of village-level health and medical institutions with the universal phenomenon and through carrying out the investigation and analysis on the health clinics of the San-sheng Model Village in Daqing City of Heilongjiang Province, the objective of this article lies in making efforts for improving the current medical conditions of the clinic of San-sheng Village and providing reference data for establishing rural medical institutions in China.
Methods
Using the document sorting-out method to find out the common problems facing the rural medical institutions of our country; carrying out the investigation of the specific circumstances of the San-shengVillagethrough questionnaires survey and interview methods; and drawing relevant conclusions through the analysis of the questionnaires.
Results
The government funding forSan-shengVillageis still insufficient, the service quality is not high and there exists the lack of high-quality medical talents.
