看我的整理，比较全面

little和a little用在不可数名词
few和a few用在可数名词
little和few表示"几乎没有"
比如There's little water in the bottle.瓶子里没有水了。
There's few apples in the box. 篮子里没有苹果了。
a little和a few表示"有一点/一些"
比如There are a few apples in the box.篮子里还有几个苹果。
There is a little water in the bottle.瓶子里还有一点水。

ill只能做表语不能做定语而sick既能做表语又能做定语
比如一个病人可以说a sick man而不能说an ill man!
例如： He is ill/sick.他病了。
He is a sick man.他是个病人。

Maybe和Perhaps的用法大概相同,在句前 ,都表示假设“可能，也许”的意思
例如：Maybe you are right.= Perhaps you are right.
而may be后要直接加形容词 因为be+形容词 He may be right.

little没有。不可数，否定句用
a little 很少。不可数，肯定用
few没有。不可数，否定句用
a few 一些。可数。肯定句用。
ill是重大疾病。sick小毛病，或者精神病。
maybe 副词
may be 做be动词用。
perhaps 副词。

little 是adj
a little 是adv
如little girl , I am a little tired
a little 表示一点 little 表示没有
i know a little about him
i know very little about what you just said(一点都不懂）
few 和 a few与上面差不多 用于可数

ill 不能用名词前 只能说 i am ill ，不能说he is a ill man
而sick 都可以

maybe,perhaps是副词 maybe/perhaps（也许） he is right
may be 是两个词 he may(也许）be（是） right
