4、猪腰和肉泥加入姜 生粉 油盐 蚝油

6、入锅蒸(调煮饭键)
7、15分钟左右 猪腰肉饼就好了
蒸猪腰先要把猪腰切开一些花刀,放适量的盐,味精,料酒,醋(不要太多醋,否则太酸了,放醋的目的是为了去腥),生抽酱油,生姜,葱,食用油,腌制几分钟,然后上笼,用大火,上气以后蒸5分钟就行了,如果喜欢老一点口感的,就适当的蒸久一点时间吧。
