提单收货人是to order blank endorsed

3.full set of clean on board marine bills of lading issued to order blank endorsed -evidencing on board-mention duly dated and signed by captain carrier of his agent mared freight collect indicating shipment by fcl/fcl indicating nb of container 1x40hq and total volume.notifying applicant with full name and address .anny added on board notation must be signed by carrier ,captain or his agent.
3、全套的清洁已装运海运提单，收货人抬头做成to order，空白背书。要有已装船批注。要有般长或承运人或他们的代理人签署与日期。注明“FREIGHT COLLECT”（运费到付），显示 fcl/fcl（整箱装，整箱卸）。显示集装箱数量：1x40HQ以及总的体积。被通知人显示开证申请人的详细名称地址。已装船批注须有承运人、船长或他们的代理做出。
