For the assessment of economic development levels of each cities in Zhejiang Province, this paper emploies factor analysis and cluster analysis approaches, applies SPSS statistics software to the calculation analysis, based on economics principles and evaluation indicator system with 8 indicator，to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and ranking about aggregate economic capabilities of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province.
